Letters and measures of accountability keep us all honest… so do personal mission statements and journals. For any kind of goal-planning, I find the process of daily writing, fine-tuning, and observing as necessary as breathing. Try writing one positive thing about yourself each day. I have been doing this for the twenty one years since Laura died. It is an empowering exercise.
